Everything is Energy with Jennifer Vroom

Session Description: We are so much more than our physical bodies and the same is true for the 3D world we see around us. In fact, everyone and everything around us is vibrating energy. There is a quote by Albert Einstein that says: “Everything is energy and that's all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.” When you realize this, you begin to understand how we are all connected and interacting with each other all the time. In this 3-hour workshop you will learn to work with and influence the energy and consciousness of objects in your environment. I will teach you telekinesis exercises that help you see and experience the influence your focused energy has on 3D physical objects including aluminum foil and spoon bending. Then we will move to a guided exercise of heart coherence and a focused love vibration that will help you learn to positively and intentionally influence your own personal relationships. Participants will need to bring the following items for the telekinesis exercises:  2+ spoons or forks, 1 piece of paper or aluminum foil, 1 toothpick, and 1 marshmallow

Presenter Bio: Jennifer Vroom is has worked as a communication expert and mindfulness meditation educator for over 25 years.  She now serves as a bridge for telepathic communication and spiritual healing as a psychic medium, intuitive healing channel, consciousness based artist, spiritual teacher, and author.
