Learn how to keep these energy transformers cleared and balanced along with suggestions to strengthen them, while realizing how energy is expressed. We will become more aware of our own energetic emission and learn ways to practice good energetic hygiene. Time will be devoted to experiential exercises intended to explore our energy self.
