Healing Sounds for the Holidays

Join us for a musical healing session utilizing crystal bowls and other instruments as we relax and meditate during this holiday season. This session will include a brief introduction to sound healing, an explanation of some of the tools used, and how musical frequencies work with the human body in relieving stress, improving physiological functions, and calming the mind.

Bio: Jake has participated in the Lily Dale Children's Program since 2010. Jake assisted in teaching a children's class in 2019 with his sister and mom, and planned and taught Music for the Fairies in the Children's Program in July 2020. Jake is currently enrolled in the Globe Institute of Sound working toward his Sound Therapy Practitioner Certification. Jake's passion for music has enabled him to connect deeper with the Divine Light and instilled a desire to share that love and connection with others through his gift of music.
