Meeting Our Shadow Aspect for Healing with Allyson Gracie

Session Description: Everyone has a shadow, or dark side, the ugly, dysfunctional, damaged part of our characters that can immobilize us.  Sharing about the shadow self, acknowledging and owning our personal darkness, leads to healing those aspects, gaining personal freedom from character defects and a more meaningful spiritual life on the earth plane.  This class will be lecture and interactive so bring your whole self with you!

Presenter Bio: Dr. Allyson Gracie DACM, LAc, is a licensed acupuncturist in NYS. She practices intuitive & energetic healing, yoga & pilates, specializing in recovery from trauma and sexual abuse.  She employs feng shui bagua with space clearing to improve physical & spiritual wellbeing, maintain mental clarity and increased prosperity.
